Basically, they lay you on a warm stone slab, exfoliate your body with a glove (not for sensitive skin 😅) and then wash you. Afterwards, the one-hour massage is done with oil from head to toe, very relaxing. We would have liked them to explain what it involved beforehand, but we left very happy.
